General Group Request Form

Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to the Museum! Please fill out the form below, and our reservations team will reach out to you to confirm your visit.

Full payment and all changes are due three weeks before the visit date. Completion of this form does not guarantee a reservation. An invoice will be emailed to confirm your reservation.

General Exhibit Admission
($15/adult, $12/youth)
Allows entry to the Museum and all permanent exhibits.
Special Exhibition - T. rex: The Ultimate Predator
($6/adult, $6/youth)

Film
(20-45 minutes, $6/adult, $6/youth)
See an educational 3D film in the Hoglund Foundation Theater (details here). Capacity is currently limited to 200 and may be lower, depending on the showing. If your selected showing is not available on your visit day, we will work with you to find a similar showing.
